Method in preparing your Matcha Madness Chia Maria Pudding

This is how I do it. I use the ready in 90 seconds Method.

  • Empty a sachet of Matcha Moringa Madness into a heat resistant Mug
  • Add super hot water (about 50-100mls) to this Mug and mixture
  • Stir and let swell for 90 seconds, that is enough time for the mixture to plump up with all that hydration
  • To add hydration and reduce calories in my meals I use hot water, you could also have used full fat milk if you need more calories in your diet.
  • Sometimes I add a touch of milk alternatives, about the same as I use for tea, and to add sweetness sometimes I drizzle some honey on top.
  • Done, 90 seconds. 5 minutes tops – if I add other stuff, or want to warm up my milk.

  • Savoury snack without adding sweetness, which is great if you’re trying to get your tastebuds to reactivate.
  • Sweetened. Use your choice of sweetener, add your Milk or Dairy Alternative to this blend.

  • Pistachios get their green colour from the amazing amounts of Chlorophyll that they contain.
  • The purple and pink colours in a pistachio shows the amazing antioxidants (that fight aging due to damaging free radicals, and fighting heart disease and are understood to be anti-cancerous!
