At Better Than Bread our new range Better Than Cereal, has a new delicious flavour Peanutty Chia Maria Pudding.
At Better Than Bread South Africa established in 2016 our New Range Better Than Cereal, has an awesome new flavour. Introducing Peanutty Chia Maria Pudding. With freshly shelled and roasted peanuts (with no added oils while roasted), my personal favourite flavour called “Peanutty”. It can be eaten either savoury or sweet.

Easy steps to make:
- Empty sachet of Better Than Cereal Chia Maria Pudding into a Mug / Cup or Bowl
- Add boiling hot water (50 mls = pudding , i.e. just about a quarter cup) and give a quick stir while watching the seeds swell 12 times their size in an instant
- Milk / Dairy Alternative / Yoghurt and sweeten if needed to taste.
Yes, healthy is this easy.

You can also add the contents of Chia Maria Puddings to your smoothies and drinks for instant flavour and healthy thickeners.
Why should you include this in your diet?
Firstly, your body will say thank you. Body function (the day to day gut and bowel stuff) benefits because of the soluble and insoluble fibers. We’ve included seeds that help brain health and heart health. We’ve got other seeds in there that help with your body’s energy production.
And we’re helping you with your portion control. Seeds and Nuts are great, but the calories need to be managed. this helps with managing that, in a very delicious way.
