Cinnamon Chia Maria Pudding. It’s in the bag. Easy, a Big Leap then… Greatness.

Today happens to be the last day of July in 2025, the 31st. We have a month before the first of Spring. There are a few tweaks I plan to adopt to get in the Spring mood of things. One of which is taking in more cinnamon. At some point I did an article on the benefits of cinnamon, with some delicious recipes. Link here. I’m also including our Cinnamon Chia Maria Pudding, in the evening for great benefits, as my after dinner snack.
