Our Alternative to Cereals that are high in carbohydrates. This provides you with deliciousness and a well rounded combination of naturally created nutrition.
Serving Option 1): Add 250mls Hot Water (for reduced calories) or Hot Milk/Alternatives, to 2 TBSP Mix and wait approx 2 minutes for seeds to swell. Add additional liquid and sweetening option to taste.
Serving Option 2): Add to your additional porridge, and add liquid and sweetener to taste.
Serving Option 3): Add to your existing smoothie, or juice or warm drink – wait 15 minutes if cold to thicken, under 5 minutes if a hot drink. Stir well.
Please note, this product is NOT defined as BANTING FRIENDLY due to the Tablespoon of Raisins (dried fruits) it contains. Dried fruits have a more concentrated form of naturally occuring sugars.
